These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the ZetBet platform (zetbet.wine) and its users. ZetBet is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. A maximum daily deposit limit applies and can be viewed in your account dashboard. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though banking processing times may occasionally cause a delay of 1–3 hours.

All transactions are carried out through SSL-encrypted channels. Any deposit-related issues must be reported to ZetBet support within 24 hours. ZetBet does not charge any deposit fees.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from ZetBet:

• The account must have completed full verification (KYC).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.

• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds.

ZetBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. ZetBet's decisions regarding bonuses are final. An opt-in via your registered email may be required to claim a bonus.

The following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on ZetBet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZetBet:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Financial transactions through third parties or money laundering.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

In the event of a violation of this prohibition, ZetBet may take the following actions:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Forfeiture of all account balances.
• Reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.

You may request to close your ZetBet account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Any pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

ZetBet reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months with no activity).
• At the user's request (including self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
